Many workshops are in place for those who want to learn and grow, and for those who also wish to practice energy work on others. The school has various opportunities as a part of the three study paths. Below are the current offerings.
7 Chakras of Our Body/Mind/Soul - Energy Foundations
Interested in learning more about energy? This course will provide you with an understanding of the human energy system and how it works. You will gain new awareness of the energy in your body and how it is related to your life experiences. We will explore each of the 7 primary energy centres or chakras within our bodies and outline how each is differently connected to our mind/body/spirit and soul. You will also have opportunity to experience the energy of each chakra and learn ways to care for yourself related to each chakra. Through knowledge and experience your confidence in your energy perception will grow.
This is a seven session course and is offered for a small group. It is one of the main courses offered in my Energy Foundations Series. This course is an in person and/or virtual course.

Please note there is a two week break after the first 4 sessions therefore not including Feb 28 and March 7.

Living Your Soul’s Purpose
Have you ever wondered about your purpose and reason for being here? This course offers answers by combining Energy experiences and techniques along with your personal Astrological blueprint to guide you to your soul purpose. You will gain a deep sense of living your soul purpose.
Gain astrological knowing of your soul’s purpose while learning to embody various energies to evolve into your highest self and to best manifest your soul purpose. Energy learnings will involve identifying stored energy patterns and revealing meaning to enhance your authentic self in order to live more fully with your soul and your purpose. This will include working with your Solar plexus, Heart and Root chakras in conjunction with Pluto energies and all planetary energies related to your Sun and/or Moon energy. Your astrological exploration will include: your North and South Nodes, Pluto and Pluto Polarity Point and key planetary positions relating to your Sun and/or Moon.
The course is designed to integrate the meaning of your soul purpose into your daily life.
We will weave in different opportunities for honouring your soul purpose through a 5 month process.
Join us for a 12 session course happening every 2 weeks in person or virtually.

Format: This will be an in-person and/or a virtual experience. COVID-19 precautions, if/when necessary, will be applied to the in-person setting at the discernment of the facilitators. Personal choices of enhanced precautions are at the choice of the individual.
